Edmond Sung has more than 30 years experience in information technology and telecomm network industries, including various management roles in IT projects, engineering and marketing. He has trained extensively in the areas of Software Quality / Testing and Project Management for a number of multinational corporations including HP and Sun Microsystems. He also taught Project Management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Project Management Institute. In addition to Project Management, Edmond has conducted training workshops in software engineering and quality management: E.g. Process improvement, Quality, Requirements, Testing, Lean Six Sigma methodology, and Agile / Scrum in Hong Kong and China.

He is a certified CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) High Maturity Lead Appraiser and instructor, covering all 3 constellations:  Development, Acquisition and Services. Up to mid – 2016, he has provided process appraisal and training services to more than 80  software and IT companies in China and Hong Kong.  

He has an MSc in Software Engineering, M.B.A. and B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
