Since 2000, Jefferson has focused in using CMMI model, and agile project management best practices to help IT companies to improve to get results.
He provide consultation, training and appraisal services to the government and IT companies in Hong Kong.
Participated in the CMMI-DEV & CMMI-ACQ Appraisals for the Housing Authority of the Hong Kong government.
Participated in the CMMI-Agile Process Integration consultation & training for MTR Hong Kong.
