They include global multinational companies such as MasterCard, Citibank, General Motors,
Cathay Pacific Airways, PT Telecom, Acer Computer, IBM, Disney and Kodak.

He has proven experience in project management, business and IT process workflow review,
systems development process and methodology, large-scale banking applications development,
client/server and imaging technology. As the Program Director at SITA, he led a program office
for their largest client - Cathay Pacific Airways, managing multiple IT and telecom projects
ranging from global desktop rollout, e-business infrastructure, helpdesk, and global WAN/LAN
management. His office was responsible for monitoring project status, quality assurance,
identifying project risks, and setting up project management best practices.

As the head of the project delivery team of AT&T Solutions with a regional team all across Asia,
he formulated delivery strategy for large-scale and complex projects, set up various business
processes and project management methodology and best practices. His team delivered global or
regional client projects such as CRM technology consulting & integration, global network
deployment and integration, and E-business consulting and system development.

As a Project Manager at Citibank, he led the development of several mission-critical global
banking systems using client-server, object-oriented and imaging technologies. He participated in
the initial assessment and subsequent implementation of SEI’s Capability Maturity Model
(CMM).

Kevin has a MBA degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a MSc
degree in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham, and a BSc degree in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Hong Kong. Kevin is a certified Project Management
Professional (PMP), and currently serves in the executive committee of PMI Hong Kong Chapter as Vice President.
