Martin  has more than 22  years of experience in the software development, IT management and consulting, focus in how to apply Agile best practices in software development teams. Some of his technical and management experience include – C++/ C# programming, software development manager, CMMI consulting, Function Point Analysis (FPA), and product management. Because of his broad experience in both software programming and IT management, he had helped many development teams to adopt Agile Software Development successfully.
